It's indeed a season of album release/unveiling in the Nigerian gospel music scene. We got wind of Raw Gold's oncoming release of a the 12-tracker album of Amaray, an impressive gospel songstress that is already recieving a lot of recognition even before her album drops.
Speaking to the CEO of Raw Gold, Gospel City Naija uncovered that the album will be released on the 16th of December 2012 at Cyprian Ekwensi Center for Art and Culture, Area 10, FCT, Abuja, by 4pm. Raw Gold Entertainment one of the leading voices in the gospel music industry is set to formally introduce Amaray. After a long wait, fast-rising gospel sensation and performer, Nwankwo, Angela Amarachi is set to storm the music scene with her debut album, entitled: My Say.
The effervescent singer whose single, Ebi Ebi is currently ruling the airwaves across the nation(s) would storm the market shelves with her first-ever studio effort come December 16, 2012 at Cyprian Ekwensi, Center for Art and Culture, Area 10, FCT, Abuja, Nigeria by 4pm when the red carpet commences. The 12-tracker album boasts of tracks such as, Ebi Ebi, Dreamer, Agaba Ku Judah, Riwo Riwo, Everything Na you, et al.

According to the head honcho of Raw Gold, Barr. Paul Edeh, the unveiling would mark a beginning of an epoch for the gospel music industry in Africa and the world at large.
Amarachi Angela Nwankwo, better known as Amaray is one of Nigeria’s top emerging song-stresses. The fair-complexioned singer has been gaining a lot of plaudits and applauds from music buffs ever since she released her latest video, Ebi Ebi. Amazingly, her foray into the music industry is already giving critics the vapours as one of the most exciting and original female singers-cum-songwriter in the Nigerian music scene.
At the age of 16, the magnificent songstress joined the Zonal Head Quarters of Church of God Mission Asaba, where she became a lead female vocalist in the Choir. She later became a member of House on the Rock Choir in Calabar, following the same direction musically; and in Abuja, she is the Music Director of Champion Faith Assembly.
Amaray has ministered in several gospel events and concerts such as, Worship Revolution, Reinard Bonke, Calabar Christmas Festival (as a member of the Afri Band) and numerous churches.
