iNTRO + MUZiK : Meet & Listen to Ginika, the melodious Songbird

Its another Gospel City Naija iNTRO today. We are always excited when we bring a gifted gospel artiste to the CiTy. Ginika has been around the Gospel City Naija fam for some time now while our graphics department worked out her image branding.

Today, she is good to go and we are giving her an intro right here as well as dropping her melodious debut single.

Ginika Onyeador is a Nigerian song writer, singer and a very promising gospel artist from Abia state.  Her said debut single,“I will sing for joy”, was recorded and produced by Landlord, a well known producer in Abuja, who has also worked with various popular music artists such as “Styl-Plus” and “Nigga Raw”.

As a child, Ginika loved music so much. She joined the music club in her primary school where she started singing and later joined the choir in secondary school and in the university as well. Shortly after her graduation, she took an interest in learning how to play the guitar which became a hobby that fueled her passion for writing and making gospel songs.

“I will sing for joy” is one of the songs written by her and draws much inspiration from the word of God. The song is a blend of R&B and afro beat vibe with a touch of rock, a song you can either meditated on or dance to.

She is currently working on other songs for her album “Beacon” coming up in the nearest future. Songs from the album will cut across music genres such as R&B, country, soft rock and traditional tunes.  “I will sing for joy” is a song that compels you to that atmosphere of grace and worship and has received positive comments from family, friends and in fact anyone that listens.
