His name is Great Nicholas and he is one brother whom you should keep your eyes on.The net is currently agog with anticipation for the oncoming exclusive premiere of his debut single titled “To Him”. Mr. Great is perpetually conscious of God’s grace and glory upon his life and lives a life that reflects that consciousness. He is demure, sentient yet quite resilient in doing God’s bidding through the gifts bestowed on him by his Maker. These sublime qualities make him an apt tool for the spread of God’s message. Thus, Great Nicholas is described as a ‘Great Gift’ because of the message of Hope he broadcast through his music to thousands of people in southern Nigeria weekly.
Currently, he is a Lead Psalmist at Pastor Paul Adefarasin’s House on the Rock in Uyo where he fellowships. His relationship with other members of the church and the pastor, Pastor Nyambi Akpet, is a true reflection of him living out a life of total submission that respects other people created by God.
One very striking thing about Great is his personality. Another one is his vocal expressions. He is a worshipper that keeps the emphasis on worshipping God through the sounds he breaths out when singing. It is rare to find true worshippers that know the essence of worship these days but in Great Nicholas, you undoubtedly experience a worshipper ‘souled out’ to true worship of the Living God.
He has done the bulk years of his music ministry in church and gained quite some nods from people within and outside church.

The brown-skinned soulful Gospel Act who apart from being an RnB, Alternative Rock and Jazz singer is also a writer and a poet has shared the same stage with highly profiled Gospel Artiste like Samsong, Freke, Osen Odia, Dani Andi and others.
His voice can be said to be one of the strong complements of coming equipped for God’s work. Another one is his Kingdom-anchored lifestyle. Through the moors and muds of life, Great has managed to live in a way that retains God’s grace in him and this is essential for a worshipper as it ensures that the essence of God is imparted to people when we worship.
Great’s sashay into professional music recording is what can be regarded as a stroke of God. He recorded a theme song for the platinum rated book ‘Burning Hurt’ by Unyime Ivy-King and that opened him up to more possibilities for kingdom exploits. He got signed to an Award-winning Reord Label – Audio Factory Records – and this, indeed, is a start to greatness through the work of God in his life and ministry.
He was also signed on the basis of his wonderful and performances in concerts, conferences and other events around Southern Nigeria. Audio Factory Records is manned at the helm by Mr. Dehniece and the label is set to release the anticipated debut single and album from Great Nicholas.
Obviously, the single comes before the album and is titled ‘To Him’. It is scheduled to be released on the 23rd of August 2013 and will be premiered on different radio stations and online platforms at the same time. Already, the buzz is being generated and heating up online for the oncoming premiere.
