EXCLUSIVE ::: Gospel City Naija & Friends set to put smiles on the faces of the Elderly in PH

This Sunday, 22nd September 2013, Gospel City Naija and friends of the CiTy will donate items and  spend time with the elderly people living in a Home For The Elderly situated along Harbour Road,Town, Port Harcourt.

Tagged  “Grown Love”, the program is one of Gospel City Naija’s projects directly geared at improving the lives of underprivileged persons in the society. 

It is also one of the ways The City is marking its 1^st anniversary and what better way to do so than to start with a program that will add meaning to the lives of others.

" We are grateful to God for the blessings we've had ever since we started this brand, Gospel City Naija. We strongly believe in adding value to people and making them happy. Grown Love is our way of sharing the love from The CiTy with our elderly people living in homes for the elderly.  This is not a publicity effort but rather, a heartfelt desire to make the elderly people have a reason to smile when we visit them. James 1:27 gives an insight to the nudge for this.', said Philip Asuquo, our Chief Admin.

He further went on to disclose that "Grown Love" is an effort that will occur frequently as "we believe once is not enough. We invite partners and individuals who want to join us in donating to these elderly ones to contact us and get details on how to be involved". 

The event will hold on Sunday 22nd September 2013 at Home for The Elderly, Harbour Rd, PH from 1pm. Interested donors are to contact any of the numbers provided herein in order for us to get their donations and other details.
