Patrick Teza Simz Chikoti also known as Teza is a member of the group 5:21 from Lusaka, Zambia which is a fresh young group of diversely talented individuals.
Teza brings out his unique rapping and singing style to 5:21 music and loves to work with his team in bringing out the grace of God through music.
Teza began the music ministry with his group when they released their first single REAL ME in 2011. Since then together with his team great music has been made working with 911,Saint,MOI and many other artists growing in his gift as each day passes by. Apart from music Teza is also a bible student and has dedicated his life to the full time ministry of proclaiming Christ to the world. Teza has always had a passion for singing and music.
Even as a kid Teza was always the lil boy singing in the mirror or along with the TV and His love for it was easily recognized by friends and family. On June 17th 2010 Teza experienced severe heart problems which resulted in him having damaged heart valves and partial paralysis of the left side of the body due to unregulated blood circulation, or in other words a partial stroke.
Teza suffered with this condition for more than a year and was bed ridden for most of it. At this crucial moment in his life Teza met the Lord Jesus and experienced His wonderful love and forgiveness. On 12th September 2010 he gave his life to the Lord and began a journey of self-discovery and growing his relationship with God.
Teza learnt of Gods healing power and was wonderfully and miraculously healed of his heart problem this was what inspired his first single Made Whole which is a direct reflection of his life’s testimony. Because of His wonderful healing experience Teza has dedicated his life and music to bringing the healing touch of God to a hurting world.
