General Odey & friends ready for “Comedy Convention” Season One
The much anticipated gospel comedy tour, ‘Comedy Convention- The Uyo Invasion’, initiated by fastest rising comedian, General Odey, is set for its first outing. The event will parade 25 comedians, 10 gospel music ministers, 5 dance groups and will feature in 30 churches. It’s a first of its kind and promises to be quite a hilarious affair.
The first edition of the event will hold on the 14th of September at Covenant Word Ministries International, 2 Udo Uko Street, off ikot Ekpene road, Uyo. It will feature comedy from Sir James, Elder Josiah, Evangelist Jester, MC Mbakara, HOD Mr Comedy, Last Prophet, Aboki4Christ and music by Dani Andi, TY, Theoflash. There will be dance performances too. The event is free to members of the public that want to experience it.
